Q. What is the King’s Daughters and Sons Retirement Home?
A. The home is a non-profit boarding facility run by the What-So-Ever Circle of the King’s Daughters and Sons International Organization that has been successfully operating since 1922.

Q. Must a prospective resident be a member of the International King’s Daughters and Sons organization or a Christian to qualify to reside at the King’s Daughters and Sons Retirement Home?
A. No.

Q. Does the King’s Daughter and Sons Retirement Home accept Medicare, Medicaid or long-term care insurance?
A. No. We are not a health care facility, none of these forms of payment apply. We are a private pay facility.

Q. Can men be residents of the King’s Daughters and Sons Retirement Home?
A. Yes. Both men and women are accepted to live in our Home.

Q. At what age is a person eligible to live in the Home?
A. Age 62 or older.

Q. Is there off street parking available?
A. Yes. Off street parking spaces are available at the rear of the property.

Q. Can I bring my own furniture?
A. Yes. New residents may bring a minimal amount of their own furniture taking into consideration the size of their accommodations.

Q. Is the home a smoke and drug-free facility?
A. No smoking or drugs are allowed anywhere on the premises.

Q. Are pets allowed?
A. No.
